Day 1 | 10 September 2025: Arrival in Milan
Your Italian cycling adventure begins in Milan. Make your own flight arrangements to Italy, allowing flexibility to travel from your preferred airport and extend your stay if desired. Our centrally located hotel is easily accessible from all Milan airports – detailed directions will be provided closer to departure. Join us for the welcome briefing at 19:00 to meet your fellow cyclists and tour leaders.

Day 2 | 11 September 2025: Milan to Brescia (120km)
After breakfast, we’ll have our bike fitting and challenge briefing before setting off eastward toward the dramatic hills of Northern Italy. Our scenic route weaves through charming towns and peaceful suburbs until we reach the stunning Lake Iseo, the first of several magnificent lakes on our journey. Our destination is the historic city of Brescia, founded over three millennia ago. Its beautifully preserved historic centre showcases remarkable architecture, including the stunning San Salvatore Basilica, a former monastery complex.

Day 3 | 12 September 2025: Brescia to Verona (105km)
Today’s route is a cyclist’s dream, offering breathtaking views as we pedal toward the city of Romeo and Juliet. Though we skirt the southern edge of the Dolomites, our path remains surprisingly flat. A highlight is Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake, where we’ll pause to soak in the magnificent views before continuing along its southern shore to Verona. This romantic city captivates with its movie-set atmosphere – streets lined with flower-draped balconies and exquisite architecture. In the evening, visit Juliet’s famous balcony and perhaps join the tradition of leaving a love note on the courtyard wall or touching the breast of her statue for good luck.

Day 4 | 13 September 2025: Verona to Mestre (125km)
Our final day of cycling takes us through gentle rolling hills toward the Venice metropolis. Despite the undulating landscape, the route remains relatively flat. We conclude our ride in Mestre, on Venice’s mainland, as cycling isn’t permitted in the historic centre. Celebrate our achievement with a festive group dinner, sharing memories of our journey across Northern Italy.

Day 5 | 14 September 2025: Departure Day
After breakfast, you’re free to head home or extend your stay to explore Venice. This unique city comprises 118 islands connected by nearly 400 bridges, with waterways where streets should be. Beyond its famous gondolas and Byzantine architecture, Venice holds profound cultural significance as a centre of Renaissance art and the birthplace of composer Antonio Vivaldi. Whether you choose to explore its maze-like streets, visit world-class museums, or simply sip coffee in St. Mark’s Square, Venice offers the perfect finale to our cycling adventure.
